Engaging youth vulnerable to crime

Social purpose underpins our business. In 2015, we created 3Pillars Project, a charity that tackles the challenges faced by young people vulnerable to crime.

We build mentoring relationships with those at risk of crime, working with young people in schools, in the community and in custody. Through innovative rugby, adventure, and sporting programmes we support them to choose crime-free lives.

Our courses initially engage young people through sport, but we empower them by developing three fundamental foundations that we believe enable young people to make positive life choices: exercise, education and ethos.

We prioritise where possible, employing graduates of the 3Pillars Project. Employment is one of the biggest challenges for those leaving the custody system. We also use profits from our corporate resilience work to support young people in the community
