We are human performance specialists

3Pillars are human performance and resilience experts, with over 20 years combined military leadership experience.

We believe that organisational resilience is directly related to proactive leadership and the development of an informed and reactive company culture. A company culture that supports employees with grit.

We engage, support and invest in your journey, developing the soft-skills and strategies crucial for empowering individuals and teams to respond to the challenges and stresses of a demanding fast paced work environment.

Organisations with rapid growth, changing cultures and high value stakes need reactive and adaptive strategies to effectively lead a dynamic workforce. We work with you to optimise performance through the development of Ethos, Mental and Physical Resilience.

The route to high performance as an individual and as a team requires: physical determination, a focus on good mental health and positive leadership.

We deliver bespoke support, by first understanding your company needs, then designing strategies to inform and equip your employees, then delivering training and ongoing support.
